Sarah DixonI’m an experienced, genuine and enthusiastic trainer and coach and have worked with a wide range of groups in varied environments.

I design and deliver courses, workshops and coaching which focus on developing people. My approach is to make learning and development simple, specific, structured and enjoyable so that you take away practical tools and techniques which enable you to go back into the workplace with renewed confidence and skills.

I can help you to identify objectives and implement change at both individual and team levels. My expertise includes the design and delivery of a variety of personal effectiveness courses and short workshops such as time management, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as team-building events, group facilitation and 1-to-1 coaching.

My experience in a wide range of businesses in both the private and public sectors includes automotive, air and rail transport, catering, manufacturing and logistics. I have worked with a diverse range of companies including Ford, Peugeot, British Airways, London Electricity and DTC and have helped hundreds of people to develop the skills and confidence to be the best they can be.
