My typical clients are new or existing managers who are capable, competent people. Although very technically able, they lack some of the key skills of influencing and motivating others, communicating clearly or dealing with an increased workload.

With a lack of time, they struggle to find better ways of doing things and muddle along as best they can. They don’t realise that there are tried and tested ways of working that can make their lives much easier.

The people I work with are already often pressed for time but ironically waste even more time by not knowing the easy ways of doing things.
