For Managers and Team Leaders throughout the organisation I offer personal Coaching and Development.
I work with people who are looking for an objective, external partner who can serve as a sounding board, coach, and facilitator to help them achieve things more easily and simplify their workload.
Coaching is a powerful way of motivating and focusing individuals. All my coaching varies in depth and duration, from helping an executive clarify their vision and goals to developing a manager’s leadership skills.

Structure:
Leadership development coaching is delivered both face-to-face and by telephone and is customised to your organisation’s needs.
My coaching style is pragmatic and down to earth. I use a range of coaching and NLP tools together with over 10 years experience as a trainer and facilitator to help individuals make changes quickly and easily.
Prior to any project, I work closely with you and the individual to clarify what you are aiming to achieve and whether it is something I can help you with. Following that, I’ll send you a written proposal outlining the project and my fees.
